The LINC Conference supports systems change and strengthens communities by building safe, healthy,
positive pathways for young people through youth empowerment and collaborative community
partnerships. The LINC conference energizes a community-wide, multi-jurisdictional, and
multi-disciplinary coordinated effort to mobilize community stakeholders throughout King County by
providing information, training, and professional development.
