A strong corporate development strategy should not overlook the powerful role that employees can play within their company, whether this is in the form of corporate matching gifts, workplace giving campaigns, employee service days, or activities directly related to their line of business, such as “hackathons.”  You will gain insight from representatives of three of this region’s top companies, Karen Bergin from Microsoft, Radhika Makhija from Starbucks and Wendy Weiker from Puget Sound Energy. Learn how workplace engagement including the role of affinity (resource) groups can benefit your organization.
